Twenty years watching good strategy fail for people reasons.
I spent two decades in technology consulting, and I kept seeing the same thing: engagements didn't fail because the technology was wrong. They failed because of unclear vision, undefined roles, and ambiguous decision rights. The real blocker was almost always clarity — not the tech.
